WHO ARE WE?

We are a team of ten young entrepreneurs who work together in a united, dynamic, and collaborative way, where each member contributes their energy, ideas, and commitment to advance toward common goals. We focus on continuous learning, trust, and close relationships among all members, which allows us to grow together and maintain a supportive and cooperative environment at every stage of our work. We approach challenges with an open, proactive, and creative attitude, combining innovation with critical thinking and social responsibility. Our goal is to develop solutions that have a real and positive impact on society. We learn from every experience and continue to evolve, working ethically, consciously, and collaboratively to build a more sustainable and beneficial future for everyone.

WHAT IS A “LEARNING JOURNEY”?

A Learning Journey is a practice-based learning experience. Every year we visit a different country, a different ecosystem, where we carry out our projects. For this, each project goes through an adaptation phase, connecting with the culture, tradition, and entrepreneurial ecosystem of each city. We also face collective challenges to strengthen the team, making the experience something unique and full of learning.

Our Learning Journey in Berlin began on February 23rd with a clear objective: to leave our familiar surroundings and test our projects in a real-world context. Until March 20th, the city was not only our destination but also the stage where we lived, worked, and learned. During that month, we traded theory for practice. Berlin forced us to move, to make mistakes quickly, and to constantly adapt. Every meeting, every event, and every conversation became an opportunity to understand how what we are building fits, or doesn’t fit, within a different market. We learned to listen more, to validate ideas better, and to make decisions with less certainty and more discernment. But beyond the business side, the real challenge lay in the collective. Living and working together for a month intensified everything: communication, disagreements, and learning. There were moments of tension, doubt, and exhaustion, but also of connection, trust, and progress. Berlin taught us that a team isn’t defined by when everything is going well, but by its ability to sustain itself through uncertainty. This trip wasn’t just an international experience; it was a turning point. We’re leaving with a more realistic view of what it means to launch a business abroad, with more robust tools, and above all, with a greater sense of teamwork. We’re returning with more grounded projects, but also with something more difficult to build: a much more honest way of working and relating to each other. Berlin has changed us not only as entrepreneurs but also as a team.
